The salon understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore we do request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours may require a 50 percent deposit to hold any future bookings. We may ask for a credit card to hold your appointment after any last minute cancellations or "no-shows".

Product Returns: You can exchange any products purchased within 5 days of original purchase date.
Service Guarantee: We attempt to ensure that you are always 100% satisfied with your experience at New Outlooks Day Spa. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed and we will be more than happy to attend to your concerns.
All services are non-refundable but we will adjust it free of charge. In the extremely rare case that you are still not satisfied you will be given a salon credit.
Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one session to achieve your desired result.
